The role requires a high degree of flexibility, ownership, and commitment. You should be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, engaging with stakeholders across Europe and beyond, and travelling internationally on short notice when business needs require it. The main tasks include:
Strategic Business Development (Defense applications)
- Together with the CEO and Director of Business Development (Defense), shape and advance our strategy and market positioning, especially in the defense sector, translating our vision into actionable initiatives across German, NATO, Ukraine and other international markets
- Build strategic relationships with key industry players, such as military forces, defense primes and defense tech players. Organize and execute testing and experimentation campaigns in close collaboration with the technical team
- Be a core part of the commercial growth team with a hands-on and get things done mentality, ensuring alignment across business units to drive business development & sales initiatives across defense & civil applications.
Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Shape the equity story in close collaboration with the CEO and prepare investor materials, pitch decks, and financial models
- Shape & drive ongoing communication with current and potential investors
- Identify & position driveblocks according to capital market opportunities and drive internal activities to support this positionings
Company Growth
- Collaborate closely with the broader management team on operational topics of scaling the company
- Take ownership of special projects that drive efficiency, scalability, or innovation across the organization as well as internal communication
