Factory Manager

Responsible for the management of the Splashout printing (litho) business unit in terms of production, operations, resources and cost management. Ensure that machines are well serviced, functional and printing is completed timeously. Ensure that there is compliance with all policies and procedures and strict adherence to internal controls. Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reporting is done accurately and timeously and contains appropriate content to enable effective decision making. Ensure that purchase orders are approved, accurate and completely created. Ensure achievement of company’s strategic objectives, goal plans and targets. Play a detailed support role to the Commercial Manager and CEO.
