Job Description
We’re looking for a Business Process Associate to join our Retirement Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to process indexing with utmost attention to quality and quantity, and process simple to complex work which includes Licensing work and Rep Maintenance.
Position Responsibilities:
- Process and accurately capture transaction information in accordance with established procedures, policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Review and validate transactions with a high degree of accuracy, applying sound judgment to minimize financial and operational risks.
- Handle highly sensitive and regulated funds while ensuring compliance with business unit policies and controls.
- Develop and maintain expertise in business unit processes, guidelines, and transaction requirements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, improve processes, and contribute to team performance metrics.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Operations Management.
Required Qualifications:
- Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree
- Undergraduates may also apply, provided they have at least 2 years of BPO, back‑office, or administrative experience
- Candidates with experience in back-office operations or administrative roles are highly desirable. This includes familiarity with office management tasks, data entry, document handling, and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Amenable for fixed night shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools
- Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a work environment.
