Job Description
- Perform routine plant or yard cleanup (sweeping, shoveling, washing down areas).
- Assist with moving tools, materials, and equipment.
- Support basic maintenance activities under supervision.
- Load or unload bags, pallets, or product containers.
- Follow safety policies and wear required PPE at all times.
- Report unsafe conditions or equipment to supervisor.
- Additional duties as assigned
- High level of safety and quality
- Ability to multi-task at a fast-pace (at times), work in outside conditions during all seasons, climb multi-levels by stairs & ladders, work from elevated platforms, use hand tools (shovel, hammer, wrenches, etc.)
- Good problem-solving skills
- Mine Safety and Health (MSHA) Knowledge - Preferred
- Forklift experience - Preferred
- Computer Software - Preferred
- Warehouse experience - Preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 0-1 year of experience in industrial or outdoor labor.
