Job Description
- Support the development and execution of external engagement strategies for GAC leadership with partners, cultural leaders, and public policy executives.
- Shape and prepare high-quality briefings and coordinate logistics for GAC leadership for external engagements and strategic trips. Drive the development of narratives and other external communications for strategic GAC initiatives, including drafting speeches and high-stakes executive messaging.
- Liaison with internal teams and external partners to review and triage engagement requests, ensuring they align with strategic priorities.
- Manage partnerships, program lifecycles, establish and track program metrics, and identify opportunities to improve tools and processes for team efficiency.
- Identify and act upon strategic opportunities to position GAC leadership as thought leaders in the intersection of AI and culture.
