Internal Communications Lead

• Reports to Director, Internal Communications located in Illinois, USA. With matrixed reporting to the Region Lead for EMEA • Serve as EMEA internal communications lead to localize internal communications initiatives, campaigns, and programs aimed at engaging ~3,000 employees in the region • Serve as communications subject matter expert and resource for the EMEA region for internal communications • Hybrid Role, with the expectation of working from the Basingstoke, UK office three days a week
