
Account Manager
Job Description
The Account Manager will join LBS (LANXESS Biosecurity Solutions) and will be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening relationships with direct customers and agricultural distributors across the states of Minas Gerais, São Paulo, Goiás, Bahia, Espírito Santo, and Rio de Janeiro. This role involves providing strategic technical and commercial support to integrators and livestock producers, conducting customer visits, promotional activities, and training sessions. The Account Manager will also oversee the annual budget, ensuring strong business results and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Work Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or a related agricultural field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the veterinary industry.
• Knowledge of poultry and swine production systems.
• Willingness to travel frequently and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
• Must be based in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
• Basic English proficiency.
