This leader will accelerate growth and execution across Mercury’s agency channel, shaping the strategy and execution of programs, training, and processes that drive sales performance, strengthen partner engagement, and elevate capability across the field. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, this is a high-impact leadership role focused on improving how the organization enables and supports its partners at scale.
