Gallagher’s Commercial Broking Division is seeking a talented Development Executive to join our vibrant and relationship‑driven team in Northern Ireland. As a Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities across the region, building strong and lasting client relationships along the way. With in‑house claims, risk management and broking expertise, we deliver a seamless, high‑quality service to our clients, supported by a network of experienced Account Executives, technical specialists and leadership who are invested in your success. How you'll make an impact Actively seek and respond to all new business opportunities, consistently exceeding your targets. Build relationships with our external partners Focus on the needs of retail customers, offering a broad range of services and products with opportunities to provide a wide spectrum of services. Attend work related events such as dinners, C-Suite networking and trade shows, using your networking skills to identify and seize new opportunities. Represent Gallagher with professionalism and integrity, building trust and enhancing our reputation in the market. About You Proven track record in business development and sales within the insurance industry, with experience delivering against targets in a regulated environment. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to independently generate leads and build pipelines. Strong focus on client needs, dedicated to providing the best possible service and outcomes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. A team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment. Full driving licence.
