What You Can Expect

Responsible for entering all inventory receipts into software system. Move inventory to locations and issue raw material to work orders on current operating system.

How You'll Create Impact

Responsible for keying accurate information from packaging slips and getting Receiving Inspection report back to receiving in a timely manner.
Responsible for posting issues on current system for material requisitioned to routers.
Responsible for moving incoming inventory into a location on current system.
Maintain accurate and up to date filing of all packing slips. Receiving report tickets and material requisition cards.
Responsible for running bi-weekly cycle counts and entering corrected data for inventory adjustments.
Responsible for communicating with Planners and Purchasing when there is a problem with a receipt, such as quantity or due date, and follow up.
Responsible for problem resolution related to a system generated error as it relates to department activity.
REsponsible for the Shipping and Receipt function associated with OSP.

Your Background

Leaving cert or equivalent
Proficiency with PC and working knowledge of current shop floor management system (examples: WOTS, Synquest, JD Edwards and SAP)
