You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through complex deployments of modern data platforms across cloud and hybrid environments. The position blends deep hands-on engineering with strategic consulting, enabling customers to optimize data pipelines, improve visibility, and operationalize advanced telemetry use cases. You will work closely with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to design and deliver high-impact solutions across some of the world’s largest enterprises. The environment is highly collaborative, remote-first, and fast-paced, with significant exposure to cutting-edge cloud and big data technologies. This is a customer-facing role where technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills directly shape deployment success and long-term adoption.
