The Role: Client Advisor At Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for a full-time Client Advisor to join our team in Bicester Village Responsibilities The Day-To-Day Has strong knowledge of the collection Provides insights on fabrics and products specificities Drives Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team ones Maximises sales opportunity leveraging cross- selling Supports BOH organization and procedures implementation as well as replenishment / transfer activities Supports the maintenance of the store’s visual merchandising standards May have opening and closing responsibilities. Qualifications Key Qualifications Previous experience in sales roles; Experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is a plus; Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts; Passion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry; Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity; Strong communication skills; Willingness to evolve in the organisation; Fluency & sophistication in English, another language is a plus; Digitally aware and open to new ways of working; Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
