Compensation:
The compensation indicated in this job posting represents the minimum annual salary for the position. Final remuneration will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in accordance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity requirements.
- Applicable CCNL: National Collective Labour Agreement for employees of companies in the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sectors – CNEL code H011
- Minimum annual salary: € 64,279.00
Variable Pay: In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include bonuses, benefits, and other incentives. Your recruiter will discuss these elements with you during the recruitment process.
How You'll Create Impact
- Account targeting and segmentation
- Regional key account planning & management
- Sales force and management recruitment, training, development and succession planning
- Sales force performance management
- Develops relationships with customers to drive sales and acquire new accounts
- Develops sales and marketing strategies and drives its execution to support sales growth and competitive advantage
- Assists the BU Director in the formulation of yearly and quarterly budgets
- Ensures that regional sales & gross margin targets are achieved.
- Supervises and implements the strategies decided upon and to ensure that the highest professional standards of behavior and performance are maintained by the sales force
- Travels in the field on a regular basis with each Sales Team member to assess performance and training needs

Your Background
- Native Italian , High level of English
- Team Management and budget planning experience
- Experience as Sales Manager in Orthopedics and medical devices.
- Min. 5 years of experience in the role.
