Job Description:
We are seeking a Solutions Design Engineer to develop innovative, cost-effective logistics and supply chain solutions that enhance operational performance, scalability, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with Business Development, Operations, Finance, and IT teams, you will design and implement warehousing and distribution solutions that meet customer requirements while driving profitability and operational excellence.

Job Level: Supervisor
Internal Salary Grade: 20F
Work Schedule: M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer supply chain data and operational requirements to develop tailored logistics solutions.
Design warehouse layouts, storage strategies, labor plans, process flows, and automation concepts.
Develop pricing models, cost analyses, and business cases to support new business opportunities.
Prepare RFP/RFI responses, proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
Lead solution design projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams through implementation.
Present recommendations and solution strategies to internal stakeholders and customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field - Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics engineering, solution design, supply chain engineering, or a related analytical role - Required
Experience supporting warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations - Required
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities - Preferred
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling systems, and WMS platforms - Preferred
Experience with tools such as AutoCAD, SQL, Power BI, AnyLogic, or supply chain modeling software is an asset - Preferred
