Job Description:

Job Summary:

Team Lead is a full-time position responsible for providing departmental administrative, coaching, technical training and support to associates ensuring accurate and efficient identification and application of customer payments. Judgment and independent initiative may be required to identify, adapt and apply approaches to solve problems. This position monitors the efficiency of processes at their maximum level and ensures process, policy, and procedure changes are administered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop associates through coaching, training, knowledge sharing, and regular performance feedback to support individual and team success.

  • Oversee day-to-day US Brokerage operations, ensuring activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established service levels and timelines.

  • Manage workflow prioritization, resource allocation, and task delegation to optimize productivity and meet departmental objectives.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Associates and Supervisors, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and alignment on business priorities.

  • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives, including managing projects from planning through implementation to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and control costs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational solutions, system enhancements, and process changes that support business goals.

  • Monitor operational, quality, and productivity metrics; review reports, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to maintain performance standards.

  • Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues, associate concerns, and complex transactions, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain compliance with departmental procedures, internal controls, and audit requirements by conducting reviews, identifying exceptions, and implementing preventive and corrective actions.

  • Foster a high-performance culture by promoting accountability, continuous learning, professional development, teamwork, and adaptability to changing business needs.

Technical Skillset Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Preferred proven experience with automation and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Office applications, VBA, Power BI, Power Automate).

  • Experience leading automation, process improvement, or operational efficiency initiatives.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

  • Ability to interpret operational metrics and drive data-based improvements.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts

Additional Requirements

  • Prior team leadership experience in any operational environment preferred.

  • Immediate joiner preferred.
