In this role, you will act as a key connector between people strategy and day-to-day business execution, ensuring managers and teams are supported through effective, consistent, and compliant HR practices. You will play a critical role in shaping employee experience by advising leaders on sensitive people matters and driving strong employee relations practices across the organization. The environment is fast-paced, global, and highly collaborative, requiring both strategic awareness and hands-on execution. You will support the translation of company-wide HR programs into meaningful local impact while helping leaders strengthen team engagement and performance. A significant part of your work will involve managing complex employee relations cases and mitigating organizational risk. You will also contribute to building a healthy workplace culture by identifying trends, surfacing insights, and improving people processes.
