The Role

POSITION PROFILE

McLemore Real Estate Partners is hiring a highly motivated and personable Real Estate Sales Coordinator to support our growing team of agents and enhance the client experience from first touch (phone, web, CRM) through onsite visits. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is excited to build a future in real estate. A real estate license is not required for this position. 

In an evolving world where technology can simplify many processes and steps, the ideal candidate embraces AI, new systems, and workflows where possible to accomplish work faster and more efficiently while remaining on-brand at all times. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Proactively engage and qualify new inbound leads through phone, email, and text communication
  • Support agents by nurturing prospective clients after initial contact, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience
  • Coordinate and schedule onsite discovery visits between clients and agents, managing calendars and logistics with precision
  • Serve as the welcoming face of the model home, greeting guests and creating a warm, professional first impression
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records within CRM systems
  • Assist in preparing materials and communications to support the sales process

  • Act as a liaison between clients and agents to ensure timely follow-up and continuity
  • Event attendance on occasion to support real estate brand presence and agent representation 
  • The role is designed to grow over time as skills and responsibilities expand, rewarding initiative, organization, and the ability to support the team efficiently

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Required:

  • Professional presentation and demeanor.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a consistent Tuesday through Saturday schedule.

  • Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends or peak visitation times
  • Professional presence with a hospitality-minded approach to client service
  • Comfortable using technology; experience with HubSpot or CRM systems is a plus
  • Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Lift, pull, push, bend, and move items to support the hotel and outlets
