About the team The Brand Campaign Project Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end management of new brand campaign development and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a proven track record in campaign management, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or related fields, with a deep understanding of campaign lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and Planning
- Lead the development of campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Define campaign goals, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform campaign design.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact for all campaign-related activities, coordinating with internal teams (e.g., categories, creators, products, marketing, design) and external partners (e.g., agencies, vendors).
- Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment, track progress, and resolve issues.
- Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and efficiency in campaign execution.
- Campaign Development and Execution
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, from ideation to launch and post-campaign analysis.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Stakeholder Management
- Communicate campaign progress, challenges, and results to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Manage expectations and provide regular updates to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Process Improvement and Innovation
- Identify opportunities to streamline campaign processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in campaign strategies.
- Develop and implement best practices for campaign management across the organization.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
- Promote a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages collaboration and creativity.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience working in e-commerce, tech, or a fast-paced industry is preferred.
