Overview We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to join MSL SalterBaxter on a 6-month fixed-term contract, working at the heart of high-impact corporate reporting programmes. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape the delivery of annual and sustainability reports for leading organisations, collaborating with talented teams across consultancy, content, design and production. You’ll play a key role in creating work that builds belief, drives reputation, and delivers meaningful outcomes for clients. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of annual and sustainability reporting projects, from planning through to final publication Act as a senior client contact, building trusted relationships with stakeholders across finance, sustainability and communications teams Own project timelines, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple workstreams and review stages Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, high-quality outputs across print and digital formats Manage project scope, resources and priorities to deliver consistently against deadlines and expectations Oversee budgeting and financial tracking, ensuring commercial integrity across programmes Drive best practice in governance, processes and continuous improvement across reporting cycles Qualifications Experience managing complex projects within an agency or consultancy environment Strong background in delivering annual, integrated or sustainability reports Confident working across multidisciplinary teams including content, design and production Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex delivery environments Strong organisational and planning skills, with a focus on quality and detail Clear and collaborative communication style, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders Commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets and delivering value Additional information MSL offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
