[What the role is]
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support our sales operations and planning functions. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations while providing crucial support to our team.[What you will be working on]
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including correspondence, filing systems, and document management
- Process invoices and handle basic accounting tasks
- Process sales order, maintain sales records and generate regular sales reports
- Coordinate with sales team to track sales revenue, campaign outcome for reporting purposes
- Support government procurement processes including:
- Prepare and coordinate tender documents for submissions
- Maintain the procurement records
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team
- Handle partners and stakeholders’ enquiries and provide administrative support for them.
- Maintain and update customer databases and filing systems
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Process invoices and handle basic accounting tasks

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multitask and priorities work efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in managing reports
- Good with numbers and analytics would be advantageous.
