And as our Junior Raw Material Developer, you’ll work closely with our Raw Material Development team to make sure our materials and finishes are perfect from day one.

By tracking every detail and working closely with our suppliers, you help ensure that the final product looks exactly like the approved sample.

What started in 2019 to build better bonds with our Asian partners is now a full office in Ho Chi Minh City. Article has about 70 employees in Vietnam. They work in teams like Sourcing, Quality, HR, and Logistics.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage Material Libraries & Swatches: Coordinate, track, and organize physical samples and digital swatch databases from vendors. You will help check for shade and color variations.
- Keep Documentation Accurate: Maintain and update technical specifications, finishing details (paint formulas, stain systems, sheen levels), and internal systems (PINFO, PSS, MSS).
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate directly with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers to collect samples, track development timelines, and follow up on missing data.
- Project Tracking: Monitor raw material progress from the first sample stage all the way to production readiness (NMI / NPI / CGI milestones).
- Quality Consistency: Spot documentation gaps or differences between development samples and production finishes, and escalate issues when needed.

- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for detail, especially when comparing fabric swatches, color shades, or technical data.
- Great Communicator: You can communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and global suppliers.
- System Savvy: You are comfortable working with databases, tracking files, spreadsheets, and product management systems.
- Proactive Follow-up: You don’t wait around—you actively follow up on open tasks and keep projects moving on time.

- You can speak and write well in English.
- You are happy to travel to visit vendors.
