Job Description

This Measurement Partner for the Global Amazon organisation supports our Amazon client across EU and international markets (SEA, MENAT). The Measurement Partner focuses on building measurement maturity across regions to help Amazon better understand the value of TikTok through effective measurement, experimentation, and actionable insights. As both an empathetic partner and analytical problem-solver, this person will play a foundational role in developing clean room capabilities, establishing measurement best practices in markets that are earlier in their measurement journey, and translating complex data into clear commercial narratives.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner primarily with Amazon EU and international markets (SEA, MENAT) and relevant agencies to deliver high-quality measurement and analytical support that drives understanding of campaign performance and platform value.
  • Lead the development of data clean room capabilities to enable privacy-safe, audience-level measurement and attribution in collaboration with Amazon and internal technical teams.
  • Develop measurement architectures and scalable frameworks in collaboration with revenue, product marketing, and product managers to determine the right measurement approach by market, line of business, and data readiness.
  • Translate complex analytical results into actionable recommendations that help Amazon optimize their media investment and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Identify and activate test-and-learn opportunities (e.g., RCTs, brand lift studies, incrementality tests, creative experiments) to build Amazon's confidence in TikTok measurement across markets.
  • Build measurement capability and education within EU and international markets, equipping regional teams and stakeholders with the tools, frameworks, and fluency to act on data.
  • Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected in internal product, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and internal education on best practices for experimentation, attribution, clean room measurement, and business outcome measurement for large global advertisers.

Minimum Qualification(s):

  • Extensive experience in digital advertising, marketing analytics, or measurement roles within a platform, agency, or analytics supplier.

  • Familiarity with experimental design, incrementality testing, multi-touch attribution, and media mix modeling.

  • Strong understanding of programmatic auction and commonly used ad products within the ad tech ecosystem.

  • Understanding of how small and medium business (SMB) advertisers approach performance measurement and optimization.

  • Proven ability to translate complex analytical outcomes into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical audiences.

  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Demonstrated success collaborating effectively in cross-functional environments. Preferred Qualification(s):

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Experience with SMB, long-tail, or self-serve advertising ecosystems.

  • Experience with SQL, HIVE, R, Python, or similar analytical tools.

  • Familiarity with privacy-first measurement innovations and data governance principles.

  • Passion for making measurement accessible, educational, and impactful for small businesses.
