As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, helping them maximize the value, performance, and scalability of their automation environments. This role combines technical expertise, customer relationship management, and operational leadership to ensure long-term customer success. You will work closely with technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve complex challenges, improve platform health, and drive adoption of best practices. Acting as a trusted partner, you will proactively identify risks, recommend improvements, and guide customers through critical technical decisions.
