Job Schedule: Hybrid 4 days at the office, 1 day home office | Availability to travel (30% anual)
Education Requirement: Automotive engineer or related (industrial, mechanical engineer)

Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Automotive Technical Training to join our team in CDMX.
A Day in the Life:
- Project management of training process to implement in dealer network.
- Communication and support to training areas of dealers.
- Perform activities related to project management: budget control, purchase process and supplier management.
- Propose and follow up to specific training and career plans according to job positions and KPIs.
- Measure and analyze the staff turnover and propose strategies to assure the training level in the dealer´s technician.
- Measure and analyze the performance of the main positions in the dealer network (KIPs impact).
- Plan and execute the training program as technical instructor.
- Customize and adapt training programs to meet the needs of different audiences, products, and service environments, ensuring relevance and practical application.
- Develop and refine technical presentations that clearly communicate complex information and support consistent, high quality learning experiences.
Who We’re Looking for:
Required:
- Proven experience in designing, delivering, and managing training programs.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with a proactive mindset.
- Solid technical automotive knowledge (engines, transmissions, diagnostics, ADAS, etc.) and ability to deliver hands-on training.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
- +3 years of experience in an OEM automotive environment, with availability to travel ~30% and relevant engineering degree.
Desired:
- Automotive engineer or related (industrial, mechanical engineer)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) for presentations, meetings, and communication.
- Strong experience in training program design and delivery, including hands-on technical instruction.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel for data analysis (trends, pivots, reporting).
- Solid analytical, organizational, and leadership competencies, with a proactive and multitasking mindset.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training using modern platforms (Zoom, Teams, LMS).
- Technical knowledge in automotive systems (engines, transmissions, diagnostics, CAN, ADAS, etc.) and use of service tools.
- Experience supporting training innovation, curriculum development, and learning tools (e.g., Articulate, AI tools).
- Team player with leadership potential, capable of supporting training center operations and continuous improvement.
