About the role
As the CME Finance officer you will be responsible for ensure accurate, timely and efficient recording and reporting of financial information relating to Continuing Medical Education claims and other areas of Financial Control.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Private Practice processes, including claims administration, payments, entitlement tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Coordinate financial operations and month-end activities, including invoicing, journal processing, reconciliations, and reporting to support accurate financial management.
- Maintain policies, systems, and compliance requirements by updating procedures, validating taxation obligations, and ensuring accurate documentation and record keeping.
- Provide stakeholder support and administrative assistance by responding to enquiries, managing consultant vendor details, resolving issues, and supporting broader Finance team activities.
What we’re looking for
- Certificate III or IV qualification in Finance Administration or other relevant qualification OR
- Equivalent relevant experience in a Finance related role
