In a typical day, you’ll: Provide comprehensive preventive and therapeutic hygiene care, including scaling, root planing, and polishing Conduct oral health assessments, periodontal charting, and risk identification Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, disease prevention, and overall health connections Build strong, ongoing relationships with a loyal re-care patient base Collaborate closely with dentists and the clinical team to support comprehensive treatment planning Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Create a comfortable, positive experience that keeps patients coming back You’ll have the time, tools, and patient flow to do your best work—without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.   The Role Permanent part-time or full-time (minimum 2 days/week, up to 4 days if desired) Clinic hours: Wednesday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible) Compensation: $57.00 – $60.00/hour    What We Offer Signing Bonus for all successful candidates Relocation Support for those ready to make the move to the Comox Valley Dental care for you and your immediate family Wellness program (RRSP matching + Health Spending Account) Free Continuing Education through Passion Dental Group Uniform allowance A supportive, collaborative team culture   Why Courtenay / Comox Valley?
