We are looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist to support and accelerate the growth of our Mobile Solutions Aftermarket business across Africa, Middle East & Turkey. The successful applicant will be the key marketing contact for the region and work closely with sales, distributors, product teams, and the EMEA marketing organization. You will align regional business priorities into clear marketing plans, campaigns, sales enablement tools, distributor activations, and customer-focused communication. This is a hands-on, commercially focused marketing role for someone who can combine strong campaign execution with a deep understanding of B2B, distributor-driven markets, and technical products. The successful candidate will also help strengthen our market position, increase brand preference, support customer engagement, and contribute to measurable demand generation and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Regional marketing ownership
- Act as the main marketing point of contact for Africa, Middle East & Turkey.
- Work closely with regional sales teams, distributors, product management, and EMEA Marketing.
- Translate regional business needs into actionable marketing plans with clear priorities, timelines, and KPIs.
- Manage and prioritize regional marketing requests in a structured and efficient way.
Demand generation and campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, trade media, webinars, events, and distributor channels.
- Develop campaigns tailored to key regional end-market segments, including mining, construction, agriculture and transportation markets.
- Support brand awareness, product launches, lead generation, and end-user demand creation.
- Execute sales races, brand promotions, and commercial campaigns with clear mechanics, goals, and reporting.
Distributor and partner marketing
- Support distributors with promotional campaigns, sales enablement materials, counter actions, digital assets, customer events, and local activations.
- Help distributors promote products and solutions toward end-users in a clear, professional, and brand-compliant way.
- Build a repeatable approach for distributor campaign adoption, feedback, and performance tracking.
Content, communication, and collateral
- Adapt global content to local market needs, customer realities, and regional business priorities.
- Create and regionalize marketing collateral such as product one-pagers, sales presentations, case studies, application stories, comparison guides, customer communication, and video content.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, commercial, customer-focused messaging.
Events, trade shows, and customer activations
- Own and coordinate the AMET event calendar, including trade shows, distributor events, customer days, roadshows, and webinars.
- Support event planning, messaging, booth activation, lead capture, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
- Manage event-related budgets, suppliers, logistics, and post-event reporting.
Sales enablement and internal alignment
- Support Sales teams with practical tools that help them communicate value clearly to customers and distributors.
- Run campaign kick-off sessions with Sales to ensure alignment before launch.
- Support lead follow-up discipline and feedback loops between Marketing and Sales.
Digital, analytics, and lead management
- Work with CRM and marketing automation tools to support lead capture, segmentation, nurture, and reporting.
- Continuously test and improve campaign messaging, creative assets, landing pages, emails, and calls to action.
- Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to regional and EMEA stakeholders.
QUALIFICATION AND JOB COMPETENCIES
- Marketing related Degree/Diploma or equivalent.
- Post-graduate qualification will be an advantage.
- Require 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in an industrial, technical, aftermarket, automotive, filtration, heavy equipment, or related business.
- Experience working with distributors, dealers, channel partners, or indirect sales organizations.
- Proven experience planning and executing multi-country campaigns and marketing activities.
- Experience in emerging markets, especially Africa, Middle East, or Turkey, is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, campaign reporting, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong campaign planning and execution skills.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across countries and functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages such as French, Arabic, Turkish, or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Experience with Marketing systems and tools will be an advantage
- Creative, proactive, solution oriented, analytical and passionate about marketing.
- Self-motivated, driven and a team player enjoying collaboration with other teams.
