We are looking for an Assembly Line Production Supervisor to support manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and lead high-performing teams within a dynamic production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily production management activities to ensure operational continuity, safety, quality, and productivity goals.
Apply and promote the Donaldson Manufacturing System across the operation.
Monitor, analyze, and ensure compliance with operational KPIs.
Utilize PDCA methodology to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for deviations.
Develop and implement tactical production plans aligned with operational objectives.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardized work implementation.
Coordinate shop floor activities while ensuring compliance with production and quality standards.
Lead personnel development, coaching, and training initiatives for production teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing processes.
Experience managing production personnel and shop floor operations.
Knowledge of waste analysis and process optimization.
Experience in staff training and development.
Familiarity with shop floor management systems and production control documentation.
Strong interpersonal and soft skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF standards
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
