Groundskeeper - Oase Pool

Essential Functions:      Maintain all outdoor hotel property. (sidewalk, trash, leaves, trees, flowers) Maintain pool and spas Keep the hotel property in good condition. Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies. Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.   Hotel Specific Essential Functions:   Operating a power washer  Operating a leaf blower Working knowledge of pool chemistry Ensure proper stock of chemicals Maintain hotel pool     Maintain hotel spa Maintain hotel pool and spa deck Daily setup of furniture throughout the property Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations May be required to lift heavy objects over 50 pounds May be required to stand for long periods Must be able to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.       Tools and Equipment:   Telephone, pen/pencil, brooms, mops,shovels, power washers, leaf blowers, rakes, cleaning equipment, trash compactor.   Working Environment:   Interior of hotel, in all areas of the hotel. Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures. Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions. Exposure to various hazardous chemicals.
