Job Description
- Innovate on ways to make compliance and governance seamless for DeepMind researchers.
- Support the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Themis, scaling the platform by identifying and developing DeepMind and PA (Product Area) GenAI data usage opportunities.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the data approval lifecycle, such as time-to-approval, bottleneck stages, and compliance coverage.
- Be the go-to person for PMs, PgMs, and research teams navigating the Themis approval pipeline, providing guidance and gathering feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Collaborate closely with legal, policy, and engineering teams, specifically partnering with Zurich-based engineering teams to build automated policy controls and workflow integrations.
