About the Role
The Senior Communications Manager – Global Beauty, will play a central role in shaping and delivering Dyson’s global beauty communications strategy.
Located at Dyson’s HQ in Singapore and reporting to the Global Head of Beauty Communications (London), this role drives storytelling across key international markets, elevating Dyson Beauty’s presence in earned media, with a particular focus on strengthening engagement across East and APAC regions.
The role will lead on press office content creation, ambassador management, influencer strategies and integrated communications that align with commercial priorities and innovation milestones.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-
Support the development and execution of the global Beauty communications strategy, driving narratives that reinforce Dyson’s technology leadership, innovation, and category authority
Lead communications strategies for New Product Developments (NPD) and sustain a steady drumbeat of global coverage for the core product range
Oversee proactive and reactive global press office activity, translating complex engineering into high-quality, culturally relevant beauty narratives, press materials, and executive profiling
Capitalise on key seasonal and cultural milestones, such as Fashion Week, Cannes Film Festival, and the Met Gala, to drive brand relevance
Act as the primary point of contact and strategic liaison for Eastern/APAC markets, ensuring global campaigns are inclusive of and tailored to local audiences
Track and integrate emerging East/APAC beauty trends and narratives into the overarching global strategy to drive regional growth
Partner with regional teams to identify, onboard, and manage strategic APAC-based ambassadors, ensuring their content aligns with global brand positioning and maximises earned media
Partner closely with UK/Singapore Commercial teams, Global Marketing, Social, and Product teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery aligned with business priorities
About You
To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter and a proactive team player who can collaborate effectively across global, regional, and market teams. You are a strategic thinker with strong executional capability and the flexibility to navigate different time zones with a London-based team.
Previous skills & experience:-
Strong experience in global communications, ideally within beauty, luxury, or consumer technology
Demonstrated understanding of East/APAC media landscapes and cultural dynamics (highly desirable)
Proven ability to create impactful content for international press and stakeholders
Experience managing talent, influencers, or ambassadors across multiple regions
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global teams
