A working manager who supports the restaurant manager by focusing on dining room operations and planning. Responsible for providing training and direction to culinary and service team members. At least 1-3 years culinary supervisor experience required. Heirloom Restaurant is a full-service restaurant with a formal dining setting and lakeside porch service. Seasonal employment (summer).
