What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Paid Search Analyst within our Marketing organization. This fully remote role serves as the technical and data lead for the Paid Search team, responsible for the integrity and delivery of performance metrics across all lines of business. You will provide unbiased data and automated reporting that enables the Paid Search Managers and Senior Director to interpret results and make informed strategic decisions. By managing the flow of data and developing custom automation, you ensure the team has the visibility required to optimize the marketing portfolio effectively.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Developing and maintaining automated reporting suites and dashboards to provide a consistent, unbiased view of performance data across all business units.
Aggregating and validating data from multiple sources — including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Salesforce — to deliver a single, reliable source of truth for the Senior Director and Managers.
Building dashboards from scratch in Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Adobe Analytics, connecting to disparate marketing data sources.
Writing and managing Google Ads scripts and other automation tools to improve account monitoring, reporting efficiency, and data collection.
Monitoring the integrity of data feeds, troubleshooting when feeds go down, and partnering with cross-functional analytics teams to identify and resolve root causes.
Providing regular data summaries and performance extracts to the Senior Director to support translation into high-level business deliverables.
Furnishing the Paid Search Managers with the raw data and technical insights needed to execute granular account optimizations.
Producing ad-hoc reports, monthly business review (MBR) reports, and weekly performance updates for the team.
Identifying anomalies and trends within large, multi-account datasets and surfacing them proactively to managers.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Strong understanding of data modeling and statistical analysis.
Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Adobe Analytics, with the ability to connect to disparate marketing data sources.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, and Apps Script.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or R.
Experience with Google Ads Scripts (JavaScript) for automation and custom data extraction is a significant advantage.
Foundational understanding of Paid Search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) or a willingness to quickly learn the mechanics is a plus.

This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range varies depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organizational needs. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $85,000–$90,000.
