Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with faculty, students, and internal stakeholders to strengthen campus presence and employer branding
- Plan and execute campus recruitment activities, including events, networking sessions, and interview processes
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and support workforce planning discussions
- Drive execution of recruitment processes using firm tools, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with EEO, diversity, and firm policies
- Leverage assessment tools and external partners to enhance candidate experience and hiring effectiveness
- Guide and support junior team members, while collaborating across teams on recruitment initiatives
- Contribute to key projects such as employer branding, diversity hiring, and recruitment process improvements
- Coordinate with HR and Resource Management teams to support seamless onboarding and integration of new hires
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in HR or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience required; experience in recruiting in public accounting or a professional services environment preferred
- Experience with recruiting systems/tools (e.g. Workday ) preferred
- Effective time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects/processes often under tight deadlines
- Ability to understand problems, think critically and identify creative solutions
- Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and keeping up to date with trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed, approximately 25% during peak campus season
