
Catalog Specialist I, Everyday Essentials Business Operations (EE Biz Ops)
Job Description
Key job responsibilities
• Ability to work independently on product operations leveraging internally built tools and procedures
• Take appropriate action based on established procedures and document those actions. When procedures are not available, follow established escalation paths to ensure resolution.
• Achieve weekly productivity and quality standards for catalog content created by implementing audits.
• Contributes to root cause analysis and identifies process improvement opportunities
• Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel
• Collaborate with appropriate business teams as necessary to continuously improve the product quality.
• Experienced in the online space and capable of succeeding in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexibility with working hours/days if need arises in future.

- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
- Knowledge of SQL
