Within the SWE Product Management team, the Referential & Catalog Coordinator is in charge of equipment catalog and referential, as well as services data on a European perimeter. High-quality product data is the engine of effective marketing and omnichannel success. As a key interface between Business Lines Sales and Industrial Operations, you will maintain a centralized and well-structured referential that empowers our business to deliver personalized product experiences across all sales channels.

Your Impactful Contributions
Data & Referential Management: You will administer product data in SAP and GESCAT, ensuring product referential management rules are applied consistently. You will also validate product referential evolution requests in the Referential Management Tool (RMT) and act as the administrator for the RMT tool on your perimeter.
Catalog & Flux Expertise: You will maintain the Gescat database and guarantee data consistency throughout the flows, from SAP data collection to catalog publishing. You will also manage critical interfaces with solutions like the digital portal, SFDC, and myProducts.
Project Leadership: You will lead referential projects such as data convergence, product naming rule campaigns, and data cleaning. You will also suggest yearly rationalization plans and support affiliates on these actions.
Cross-Functional Support: You will support subsidiaries in defining their product referential evolution requests and define the best solution for implementing them, all while monitoring the processing of requests to provide visibility on action progress.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a highly meticulous individual who thrives when navigating complex processes, large databases, and cross-functional teamwork. You should never be intimidated by data crunching—in fact, you should excel at it.
Experience: You bring at least 3 years of experience in database management, administration, or product referential topics. You also hold a Licence degree.
Mindset & Abilities: Rigor, thoroughness, methodology, and organizational skills are absolutely essential for managing our complex data and tools. You possess strong analytical capacities to handle large volumes of data. Furthermore, you demonstrate autonomy, anticipation, and the ability to show initiative in process innovation.
Technical Skills: You have good technical knowledge of SAP and a strong mastery of analytical tools, including Excel and Google Sheets. Good knowledge of the cluster's sales organization and equipment distribution channels is also expected.
Collaboration: You have the teamwork capabilities necessary to work effectively with product managers, SAP administrators, Satellites Solution Owners, and BIS teams. Priority management and task planning are second nature to you when leading several projects in parallel.
Languages: Fluent professional English is required. Knowledge of more than one South European language is a plus.
