FP&A Manager

  • This role is 50% dedicated to supporting the Hyperion implementation project as a Finance representative, partnering across teams to deliver milestones including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. The other 50% focuses on absorbing FP&A operational workload to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis while maintaining continuity of recurring activities and stakeholder commitments. Additionally, the role identifies process improvements, promotes best practices, and ensures compliance with financial controls and governance requirements across all Finance activities.

  • Technical & Financial Expertise: Proficiency in Hyperion/Oracle EPM platforms, advanced Excel, financial systems, and FP&A methodologies including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting with strong understanding of financial controls and governance.

  • Project Management & Process Skills: Demonstrated experience in project delivery, process design and optimization, requirements gathering, UAT coordination, and change management to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration abilities, and capacity to coach end-users, work under pressure, and manage competing priorities with keen attention to detail.

  • Business Acumen & Analytics: Strong capability to translate business requirements into system solutions, provide data-driven insights for decision-making, and maintain compliance with audit and control requirements.

  • Technical & System Expertise - Advanced proficiency in Hyperion/Oracle EPM platforms or equivalent financial planning systems - Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities - Experience with financial systems, databases, and reporting tools - Knowledge of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting methodologies
  • Project Management & Implementation Skills - Proven experience in system implementation projects or complex business initiatives - Capability to manage requirements gathering, process design, and user acceptance testing (UAT) - Track record in change management and user adoption activities - Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
  • Financial & Business Acumen - Strong understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting - Experience providing financial analysis and business performance insights - Knowledge of financial controls, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks - Ability to translate business requirements into system and process solutions
  • Soft Skills & Collaboration - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, external consultants) - Strong coaching and training skills for end-user adoption - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressureadoption - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
