Regulatory Assistant/Specialist
Fixed term (6 months)

Turku, Finland / Regulatory Affairs

Our Turku site, Wallac Oy, is one of the largest production and product development units within Revvity’s diagnostics business. Currently, more than 500 employees work in Turku. We develop and manufacture instruments, chemical reagents, and software for screening and research purposes. We are a market leader in providing screening systems for newborns and pregnant women, and our products are in use in over 100 countries.

Role Description:

  • Plan and execute regulatory project activities, including preparation, collection, and review of global IVD device registration documentation packages for international agencies/authorities worldwide

  • Support cross-functional activities within projects

  • Contribute to process improvements within Regulatory Affairs; recommend changes to company procedures in response to changes in regulations or standards

  • Provide general and administrative support to the Regulatory Affairs team

Role Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. or equivalent in biochemistry or biotechnology

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a regulatory environment

  • Basic understanding of IVDR and international IVD regulations

  • Familiarity with SAP and Documentum

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, with a proactive approach and strong follow-through

  • Fluency in Finnish and English (both spoken and written)
