Job Position: Outage Maintenance Manager
Job Description:
The Outage Maintenance Manager is accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle of Planned and Forced Outages for the supercritical coal power plant facility. This role leads the initiation, planning, execution, and close-out of all outages to maximize plant reliability and availability while ensuring strict adherence to the Outage Management Process and quality objectives
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
- Professional License: Registered Engineer (ME, EE, ECE, or equivalent)
- Professional Experience (No. of Years): At least 8–10 years of experience in Power Plant Maintenance or outage management
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in a management or supervisory capacity
- Preferred Qualifications: An MBA degree or a Registered Professional Engineer is preferable
- Additional Requirement: A driver’s license is required.
