In this role, you’ll:
Own the post-sale customer journey — onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion
Work directly with marketers and business leaders to drive measurable results
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing to champion customer needs
Help shape and scale CS processes and best practices from the ground up
Be a trusted advisor and advocate for your customers' long-term success

Who we’re looking for:
2–4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in B2B SaaS
Strong relationship builder who’s proactive and solutions-oriented
Experience working with marketing, digital, or data-focused users is a plus
A self-starter who’s energized by a fast-paced, evolving environment
