What you'll do:

This assignment focusses on Decentralized Identities using Microsoft Entra Verified ID and is an opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology that will revolutionize how we think about identity verification and access management. 
This internal Avanade internship will focus on building and demonstrating a business case on how organizations can benefit from switching from traditional centralized identities to decentralized identities. You’ll need to compare these 2 and determine the value add to organizations, looking at (data) security, compliance, governance and IT processes. 
A graduation internship on Decentralized Identities (DIDs) using Microsoft Entra Verified ID is an amazing opportunity to learn about this new paradigm in digital identity verification. DIDs allow individuals to control their own personal data, without relying on centralized authorities. It’s your task to find out what is the added value and why organizations should make the switch.

You are a 4th year HBO student or WO master's student and available for a graduation internship from 1 September 2026
