Deine Aufgaben:

• Prüfung der Eingangsrechnung (Bestellung, Wareneingang, Preise, Menge), termingerechte und ordnungsgemäße Verbuchung der Rechnungen
• Stammdatenpflege im ERP-System (Oracle/SAP)
• Verbuchen von eingehenden Zahlungen
• Erstellen von manuellen Belegen
• Erstellen von Zahlungen/Mahnungen nach Rücksprache mit dem Einkauf
• Erstellung der wöchentlichen Zahlungsvorschlagsliste und Weiterleitung an den Bilanzbuchhalter
• Abgleich der Verbindlichkeiten und Abschluss der Kreditorenkonten. Vorbereitung der Rückstellungen (nicht validierte Rechnungen) sowie Abgleich der erhaltenen Waren/Dienstleistungen mit den erhaltenen Rechnungen

Dein Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellter
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Tätigkeit und Verantwortung wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von SAP und MS Office (OCR-Software wünschenswert)
• ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kontaktfähigkeit
• gute Selbstorganisation mit eigenverantwortlichem, strukturiertem Arbeiten
• Analytische und strukturierte Denkweise
• hohe Zuverlässig- und Belastbarkeit mit Leistungs- und Gestaltungswillen
