Position: Strategic Marketing Intern- Coaching

Reporting to: Lead Strategic Marketing & Performance Coach
Location: Topeka, KS - Onsite
Overview:
Are you excited to grow your marketing skills while supporting a team focused on performance and innovation? Our Strategic Marketing Initiatives team is looking for a Strategic Marketing Coaching Intern to join the team!
The Strategic Marketing Intern-Coaching supports the Strategic Marketing & Performance Coaching team with day-to-day reporting, coordination and organization. This role provides hands-on exposure to marketing operations, data tracking, and coaching systems in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain and update notes and data within internal systems (CRM)
- Pull and organize data reports and support complex dashboard updates
- Prepare materials for coaching sessions, webinars, and team use
- Provide general operational support to improve team efficiency
- Assist with scheduling, coaching, calendar coordination, and inbox management
Experience you’ll bring:
- Very strong organization and attention to detail
- Reliable and able to follow through on tasks
- Powerful communication skills and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Bonus Points:
- Interest in marketing, operations, or coaching
- Exposure to CRM systems or reporting tools
- Currently enrolled in a secondary education program
