Job Description

BPOD Latam is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. 


Role Mission


This position will be mainly focused on generating and maintaining Salesforce reports, developing and analyzing Power BI dashboards, and processing and tracking orders in Salesforce to support the commercial operation.


Key Responsibilities


  • Generate and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI.
  • Analyze commercial and financial data to provide insights and support business decision-making.
  • Process and track commercial orders within Salesforce.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reporting accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for process, tools, and data visualization improvements.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams and internal stakeholders to optimize operations.


Requirements


  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, commercial analysis, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Power BI (required).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical profile with high attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English (required).
