BPOD Latam is Looking for a Latam Senior Recruiter to Join our team in Mexico City, Mx.

The mission of the Recruiter is lead agile, high‑impact recruitment, partner closely with the business, and attract top talent across latam.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Latam, for mid- and high-complexity positions.
- Align recruitment strategies with leaders and stakeholders.
- Act as a consultative recruiter, deeply understanding the needs of the business and technology vendors.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing and active hunting strategies.
- Map and engage potential candidates for the Talent Pool.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in Talent Acquisition processes by providing strategic insights to ensure BPOD’s recruitment is a continuously evolving process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality, funnel, conversion rates).
- Support employer branding, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Support the Employer Branding team with strategic insights and recommendations related to Recruitment and Selection.
- Participate in training related to sourcing and recruitment.
- Develop strategic relationships with technology-focused educational institutions in Mexico/ Latam.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Recruiter.
- Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Psychology.
- Mandatory prior experience in the technology/software market.
- Proven experience recruiting strategic, technical, or specialized profiles within the technology segment.
- Mandatory and proven experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience in recruitment consultancies will be considered a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
