Actual compensation within the range will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.Summary:The Senior Product Manager, Protection Plans & Electrical is accountable for the commercial performance and lifecycle execution of Enercare’s Plans portfolio (Protection, Maintenance, coverage, chargeables) and Electrical (Generator, Battery/Backup (BESS), EV Chargers/EVSE, EVM/EMS) product offerings.This role translates enterprise product strategy into pricing, offer design, GTM execution, and retention levers, ensuring plans and electrical services drive sustainable growth, margin, and multi-product household penetration.The Senior Product Manager leads a team of three (2 PMs, 1 Analyst) and serves as the primary connector between product strategy and frontline execution.Responsibilities
Own P&L performance for Plans and Electrical portfolios, delivering against revenue, margin, and retention targets.
Execute pricing strategy, offer architecture, and lifecycle optimization within portfolio guardrails.
Drive unit additions, renewal lift, and churn reduction through data-driven offers and experience improvements.
Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews; own forecasts and variance explanations.
Lead portfolio-specific initiatives that increase multi-product household penetration.
Translate VOC, field, and call-centre insights into quarterly and annual execution roadmaps.
Ensure regulatory, certification, installation, and service-readiness requirements are executed for all offerings.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Field, Call Centre, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver GTM plans and enablement.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product team (2 PMs, 1 Analyst).
Build strong execution discipline, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership capability.
Qualifications:
8+ years experience in product, portfolio, or category management
Proven success in home services or recurring‑revenue businesses
Demonstrated people leadership (PMs / Analysts)
Strong financial acumen (pricing, P&L, business cases)
Experience operating in multi‑vendor, services‑led environment
Strong executive and frontline communication skills
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent an asset.
