THE OPPORTUNITY
The Senior Product Manager / Product Manager will lead the strategic commercialization, launch execution, and lifecycle management of Winrevair (sotatercept) for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) and potentially pipeline. This role is responsible for driving patient access and business growth through strong brand strategy, market development, customer engagement, and cross-functional leadership.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in accelerating uptake following NHI reimbursement, shaping reimbursement expansion opportunities, and developing innovative patient access solutions for reimbursed and self-pay segments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Brand Strategy & Marketing Execution
- Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Drive launch excellence and commercialization strategies for Winrevair across rare and non-rare PAH indications.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns, omnichannel engagement initiatives, promotional activities, and scientific programs.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, customer insights, and patient journeys to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop customer-centric positioning and differentiated value propositions for healthcare professionals, payers, and patients.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize marketing execution based on insights and business performance.
Business & Financial Management
- Support brand forecasting, financial planning, and budget management processes.
- Monitor product performance, market share, patient starts, and commercialization KPIs.
- Provide business insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage promotional investments with strong ROI and compliance considerations.
- Identify business risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Customer Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong partnerships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
- Design and execute engagement strategies across face-to-face, digital, and remote channels.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
- Ensure strong field force readiness through training, communication, and aligned execution plans.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality execution and operational excellence.
Market Access & Reimbursement Leadership
- Lead post-NHI reimbursement patient access acceleration for iPAH/hPAH, coordinating sales force training and KOL advocacy for rapid uptake.
- Spearhead CTD-PAH NHI reimbursement evaluation, preparing HTA dossiers, value communication, payer negotiations, and evidence generation.
- Identify opportunities within self-pay markets and develop access strategies for non-reimbursed patients.
- Partner closely with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and external experts to strengthen patient access pathways.
Lifecycle Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from launch through growth and maturity.
- Support indication expansion planning and lifecycle optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate supply and demand planning to ensure business continuity and launch readiness.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory and promotional requirements.
Education Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Pharmacy, Life Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry, with proven expertise in PAH/cardiovascular/rare disease marketing or market access is preferred (3+ years minimum for PM).
- Strong knowledge of Taiwan NHI reimbursement processes, HTA, and self-pay markets; PAH clinical/therapeutic area experience a plus.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis (e.g., market analytics, forecasting), strategic planning, and project leadership.
- Proactive, resilient team player with cross-functional collaboration experience.
