Job Description

The Intervention Center in Sint‑Pieters‑Leeuw is responsible for the continuity and safety of the natural gas network

Our teams are on standby 24/7 to carry out both planned and unplanned interventions on our gas transmission installations

They adjust installations, perform repairs, and build new infrastructure

For our warehouse in the Intervention Center in Sint‑Pieters‑Leeuw, we are looking for an Warehouse Administration Officer (m/f/x).

 

 

 
 

 Your responsibilities

You provide administrative and organizational support to the Mechanics, Warehouse & Housing department.

Your tasks include, among others:

  • Preparing delivery notes, receipt documents, etc.
  • Processing, filing and archiving documents and files
  • Preparing the inventory, checking stock lists, and supporting warehouse counts
  • Checking delivered packages and storing them in the warehouse
 

 About you

 

  • You are motivated, eager to learn, and flexible
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office; strong Excel skills are an asset
  • Knowledge and/or experience with SAP or similar tools is essential, or you are open to learn
  • You have a good command of Dutch (a must); knowledge of French is an asset but not required
