Job Description
Are you a versatile, hands-on troubleshooter who can seamlessly jump from mechanical repairs to complex electrical systems? We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our high-speed manufacturing facility running smoothly and safely.
In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain automated plant machinery, industrial electrical systems, and facility equipment. From routine preventative maintenance to critical emergency repairs, your technical expertise will directly impact our production success.
Pay: $25.75/hr. - $33.25/hr. (+$1.00 Night Shift Differential)
Shift: Monday – Thursday 6pm to 6am

Job Responsibilities:
Equipment Troubleshooting & Repair: Maintain and repair complex plant machinery including valves, conveyors, compressors, pumps, pneumatic hydraulics, and boilers.
Electrical & Automation Systems: Diagnose, repair, or replace control devices (switches, photo eyes, proximity sensors, pushbuttons, contactors, motor starters, etc.) and design/install industrial electrical systems.
Machining & Fabrication: Safely operate machine shop tools (welders, drill presses, grinders, lathes, mills, and hand tools) to fabricate custom parts and modify existing equipment according to SOPs
Preventative & Predictive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and PM tasks independently or alongside plant personnel to prevent unexpected downtime
Digital Documentation: Accurately log repairs, inspections, and work orders within the department’s software tracking program
Facility & On-Call Support: Assist with general facility maintenance as needed, maintain a valid driver’s license to drive company vehicles, and remain available for emergency after-hours "call-in" support
What You Bring:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of machine repair and maintenance experience, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Education: Technical training with a concentration in machine mechanics or industrial electricity is strongly preferred
Technical Skills: Highly mechanically inclined with a strong attention to detail. Knowledge of Relay Logic and the ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics is a major plus
Core Competencies: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively with a broader production team. Must be able to read, understand, and execute complex written instructions
License: A valid State or Government-issued Driver’s License is required
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Ability to stand and walk for 12-hour shifts; comfortably kneel, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Strength & Heights: Ability to safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably at high elevations.
Environment: Adaptable to working in varying plant conditions, which may include potential exposure to controlled, non-toxic chemical mists or vapors typical of a manufacturing facility.
