In this role, you'll:


Work within the Apprentice Unit of Sydney Trains’ Workforce Capability and Learning branch, shaping outstanding apprenticeship experiences.

 

In this role, you’ll help apprentices thrive—supporting their development, meeting learning needs, and ensuring they stay on track to achieve their trade qualifications. 

 

You’ll contribute to a team dedicated to building technical capability, real-world experience, and safe, effective work practices that set our apprentices up for long-term success.


 
This is a full time, fixed term opportunity for up to 18 months. Office location is  Clyde NSW.

About you


Bring your experience in apprenticeship program coordination—or strong project coordination skills—to a role where you can make a real impact.


You’re passionate about developing people, excel at engaging diverse stakeholders, and take pride in delivering high-quality results.


Highly organised and customer-focused, you prioritise effectively, manage competing demands with ease, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

 

With a proactive mindset, you turn challenges into practical solutions. Your advanced MS Office skills—especially in Excel—enable you to streamline processes and drive efficiencies.
